"Break. Reconcile. Have Fun" Workshop
Inspiring and guiding self-care from music
Living environment, family problems, academic difficulties, and confusion in the future often lead to intractable stress and negative emotions, affecting physical and mental health. Have you noticed these signals from your body?
If you feel lost, lonely, sad, anxious, angry or uneasy in your life, can music and art be a medium for you to reach your heart at these times?
Self-care refers broadly to all activities undertaken to protect our mental, emotional and physical health. This workshop allows participants to temporarily let go of their hustle and bustle under the guidance of music and create a comfortable and safe space for themselves, allowing participants to examine their own hearts, as well as the people and things around them. By participating in music and art creation, participants can renew their inner creativity, express and express their indescribable feelings, and at the same time allow the body and mind to rest, nourish and integrate.

Playing musical instruments can provide visual, auditory, tactile, kinesthetic and other stimulation and integration training to achieve functional coordination.
Children with special needs often have environmental adaptation problems such as lack of sustained attention and lack of responsiveness. Music can have different changes, allowing them to maintain focus and interest, and strengthen their response.
Appropriate music design (beating instruments, singing, dancing, etc.) can also allow children to express their complex emotions freely. Musical expression also allows them to gain a sense of self-identity and boost their self-confidence.
Individual/group music activities have many interactive elements that allow children to interact with people in a way that is correct and communicative. From this, you can gradually strengthen your communication skills and build social relationships. Include a verbal part in design activities to improve communication skills.
The actual situation is welcome to communicate with the therapist to establish a personalized treatment plan.
